#1282 Chew Your Way To Less Wrinkles - Matty Lansdown

This was a fun chat with one of our favourites. Matty and I spoke about why we get dumber after we eat (really), why he eats steak for breakfast, why food allergies are on the rise (super interesting), the fascinating relationship between jaw muscles, diet and wrinkles, six meals (per day) versus three, the down side of low-fat eating, why dietary fat (the right kind) is so important for so many things, the psychology and sociology of food, how our ancestors ate and the dangers of raising kids in a germ-free, super-sanitised and clinically-clean environment.
