Over the last fortnight, I’ve been exploring three key questions with people: (1) How do I avoid going crazy? (2) How do I avoid going broke? (3) How do I avoid going backwards with my training? This podcast is about question 3. Not surprisingly (to me), some people are actually getting great results away from their ‘normal’, simply because they’re now stimulating their body in a new way. In this episode, I share some variations (from slight to significant) on some old concepts. Despite the title, not all of my suggestions are specific to exercise. If you’re after some new ideas, a little science and a laugh or two, this is a good chat.
