In this chat, we discuss our individual challenges (hers and mine) with eating issues, body image issues, body dysmorphia and obsessive food, lifestyle and exercise habits, which derailed big slabs of our (respective) lives. We also explore some of the underlying emotional, social and psychological drivers of our seemingly-crazy behaviours.
