Hi Everyone, if ten weeks of mentoring, coaching, fun and virtual hangouts with me doesn’t appeal, then definitely don’t do this program. I could bang on about the features, advantages and benefits but instead, I’ll just tell you that I created it for people who want greater levels of health, energy, focus, resilience, self-awareness, purpose, understanding, clarity, calm and of course, happiness. We will be unpacking the human experience from a psychological, emotional, sociological, physiological and behavioural perspective, and while there will be plenty of room for interaction and conversational flexibility, the working syllabus is as follows…
WEEK 1: LIFE DESIGN 101 - Are you consciously and courageously writing your own story, are you a character in someone else’s story, are you trapped in some kind of frustrating, unfulfilling autopilot existence that you didn’t choose or want, or maybe things are pretty good overall but you just need a few tweaks and adjustments?
WEEK 2: YOU & YOUR MIND - It’s ‘You HQ’; the operational epicentre of your life and if you don’t manage it, it will manage you.
WEEK 3: YOU & YOUR BODY- You can’t get a new one and it’s gonna need to last a while longer, so it might be time to optimise what you have to work with.
WEEK 4: YOU & YOUR POTENTIAL - The important question is not how much potential do you have but rather, what will you do with it?
WEEK 5: COMMUNICATION, CONNECTION & UNDERSTANDING OTHERS - It’s the interpersonal superpower that makes all the ‘people stuff’ work.
WEEK 6: HAPPINESS, FULFILMENT & INNER PEACE - So much focus on our external (physical) world but what about the place we do most of our ‘living’ (our internal, non-physical world)?
WEEK 7: CAREER, MONEY, RETIREMENT & YOU- Is there a healthy way to do career, money and retirement; one that factors in, not only the practical and financial stuff but also, our mental, emotional and spiritual bank accounts? And does work need to feel like work?
WEEK 8: SELF-DOUBT, SELF-SABOTAGE & SELF-LIMITATION - If only we could get out of our own way. Sometimes the barrier is us!
WEEK 9: OUTLASTING YOUR MOTIVATION - Motivation and inspiration are great for a while, but then what?
WEEK 10: FUTURE YOU - What does the new-and-improved version of you look, feel, think, behave and live like? And how will you do, be and create that version?
