I loved this conversation with Barbara Arrowsmith Young. Such a privilege to chat with someone who is a world-renowned pioneer, researcher and authority in the area of brain training, brain science and neuroplasticity. At the age of six (in the 1950’s) Barbara was diagnosed as having a ‘mental block’, which these days would more accurately be described as, a severe learning disability. Since that time, her life has been an ongoing journey of learning, experimentation, teaching and helping others to maximise their ‘brain potential’. Enjoy.
